I like that loyalty is rewarded through one-of thank you payments for being a member. I'm glad they got rid of the card reader, as it was too much hassle to use when you wanted it needed to make a payment but didn't have the machine to hand. I would end up transferring to another bank account in my name to make payments, even to reputable businesses. Reviewed on: 24th January 2026

Haven't had to contact them as yet but the service I've received so far meets my needs. I received weekly reports on my driving, as I'm using a black box, to hopefully reduce my premium next year. Reviewed on: 19th August 2022
