Good company, easy to contact

This is my second year with by miles and overall my experiences have been great. The only downside is that there are multiple insurance companies within bymiles and they don’t seem to talk to each other. So I was insured by bymiles last year but when reapplying this year I had to verify my no claims again and also clarify that a query I had made with them last year wasn’t a claim, which was frustrating when they’re the same company so should just be able to see my records. Apart from that, they’re easy to contact through their online chat, and they always reply pretty quickly, you get an email when they’ve replied too in case you haven’t got time to sit around waiting for their response. The staff have always been super helpful and explain things in an easy to understand manner and are very apologetic in circumstances where they can’t help Overall, almost perfect Reviewed on: 19th August 2022
