Avoid, only paid half of a £2k claim

a minute ago NEW To be honest, if I could rate zero stars I would. I paid for £15k lifetime cover and so far they've failed to settle the full amount of one claim minus excesses and the other claim has been ongoing for almost 3 months. Horrendous customer service, avoid at all costs!! Reviewed on: 19th August 2022
