Excellent customer service and insurance prices

By miles has been one of the best car insurance companies I have been with, the online app always keeps me up to date on what mileage I am doing, how much the journey has cost me and I get email and app reminders when a payment will be going out. Customer service is also excellent, whenever i have had queries or it is time to renew the online chat via the app or the contact number, each member of staff had been helpful and always put me at ease. For as long as I can I will be staying with by Miles, brilliant company. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
