Very helpful

We purchased our policy online just before collecting our caravan from the dealership and mistakenly assumed the caravan would have an Alko wheel lock receiver so we were given the discount. Once we had the caravan and discovered we could not in fact use that particular wheel lock, we phoned the insurance to adjust our policy. The representative we spoke with was kind and professional and did everything in her power to help us lower our rates by telling us all about the different security devices that could fit our van to allow us to get a discount on our premium. Very helpful. We haven’t had to make a claim yet, thank goodness, but I know I’ll receive top notch assistance should the day ever come! Reviewed on: 21st August 2022
