Super helpful and willing to find a solution

I recently had to arrange a tricky hand-over of cars owing to my father's recent death. I spoke to a lady named Kirsty who was sympathetic, extremely helpful and polite and went above and beyond my expectations to help me resolve my issue. The whole process was dealt with efficiently and Kirsty made everything very simple and stress-free. At at a difficult time for me this was much appreciated. Reviewed on: 21st August 2022
