Great customer service

Anna was clear and professional throughout the call. She injected the right amount of humour and personality to make the process seem really easy. I wasn't pushed into choosing a particular company; rather I was given plenty of options that suited my budget and, more importantly the aim of providing for my children if the worst was to happen.
