I have low mileage every year and at last their is an Insurance company who understand our needs. They are easy to contact and customer service is excellent. I renewed with them for the next 12 months as the annual cost only increased by a small amount unlike other insurers who hike up the prices. By Miles are loyal to their current customers. This makes me feel valued as a customer. I really hope this continues. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2022
