Good price, service, everything is online and convenient. The give clear updates and notice if automatic renewals. Thankfully have not had to make any claims so cannot judge on that front. I was annoyed a few years back that new customers appear to be getting better deals than existing, was still best price but I had to cancel my policy just to start a new one to get the new customers price, pretty stupid and annoying when businesses do that!! The person I dealt with at the time was very good, honest and understood the situation. Reviewed on: 26th August 2022
