Super helpful staff!

Whether renewing or making adjustments I have nothing but praise for the very professional staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they will happily make adjustments and offer advice when you need it. I haven’t had to claim on my insurance but if that ever happens, I know the staff will be very helpful. Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

Excellent customer service

I’ve had to call a number of times regarding my caravan cover. On each occasion the staff have been extremely helpful. They have been quick to sort out my problems and have adjusted the cost of my policy both higher and lower depending on the alteration without charging admin fees. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 26th August 2022
