Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Takes forever to get anything achieved.

The initial contact following an incident in which I was the 3rd party, was incredible. Friendly efficient staff who just made me feel so re-assured. I trusted them to sort the repairs and that was the first mistake. The repairs weren't great which isn't Admirals fault but then it's taken literally days on the phone to try and rectify the work. The car still looks terrible a year after the accident and it's not even my fault. I drove over 400 miles over the Christmas holidays in order to collect the vehicle after the hire car I had was cancelled. Even then it wasn't ready and its been so disappointing. Please please fix my car. Good job I hadn't planned on selling it as probably wouldn't have been able to anyway. Reviewed on: 30th August 2022
