Friendly and informative service

I recently contacted the company in order to get a quote for my daughter who had just turned 17. I spoke to 2 different operators and both were friendly and informative equally. They took me through the process, asking at intervals if I had any questions and calmly repeated information if I had missed or not understood it. They offered other services but were not pushy making it a pleasanter experience. We were very satisfied with the overall price and of the additional policy that we eventually took out.
