Brilliant Bank

I have banked with first Direct for over 15 years. I would recommend this bank because of the excellent customer service and the security system which is used when logging in to my online accounts. Reviewed on: 18th December 2018

The branch staff always make you feel welcome and when my dad and myself went in to do some complicated business the staff member who served us was brilliant. On another occasion I went into a branch there was no queue and the member of staff who served me was very pleasant. I do most of my banking online and the website layout is good. If I have any problems the phone is answered quickly. Reviewed on: 9th January 2018
