Arranged by phone - call handler was extremely helpful

We needed to renew our policy. The quote seemed extremely high so I phoned and spoke with a call handler, re-arranged the cover and subsequently renewed, thus saving a worthwhile amount while retaining acceptable cover. Very satisfied. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023

We have used C&MH Club for insurance, on & off, for a number of years. The premium (never as cheap as one might wish) was competitive, and I was able to discuss various options. Completed the renewal of the insurance with some changes, and was very satisfied. The customer service agent was extremely helpful and took time to ensure that the policy included the features required. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022
