Declined and appalled

I take comfort that I'm not alone and like others here, no reason to be rejected. JLs first quarter figures, 2023, will make for interesting reading. Inefficient transfer process, inadequate customer service, shambles of a company. Hope Andy Street reads this. Zero stars! Shame on you all, no longer a company to be proud to work for.
