Really good first impression

Whilst insurance 'value' is nearly always demonstrated at point of claim I am pleased to say I am currently 'claim-free' and enjoying the innovative approach of ByMiles. I had a bit of teething problems with receiving the OBU-port plug in but the team 'held covered' whilst that was sorted and since 'plugging in' I am now enjoying the pricing model and looking like I'll get a refund at the end of the policy year. If this experience continues I imagine I'll renew with ByMiles and be a long term customer. Reviewed on: 5th September 2022
