Over the years when I've had to use my insurance I've found the customer service staff have gone the extra mile to sort out my problem. Two occasions particularly spring to mind. They were both on our way to Spain. The first was when we were robbed at a service area in France. All our money, passports & most importantly my wife's medication. Within 24 hours the problem was resolved. The day after our arrival at our campsite There were travellers cheques for us & replacements for my wife's medication. The second time we wrecked our caravan at Lleda. They arrange for collection of our van, an overnight stay in a hotel & replacement accommodation on the same site we were going to as well as repatriation of our belongings which were in the caravan. All in all I cannot recomend the to highly. They may not be the cheapest but in my opinion they are definitely the best Reviewed on: 6th September 2022
