Competitive price but claims service is rubbish

Whilst it’s a competitive price and good value, the claims process is rubbish.despite making a valid claim I had to collate almost every piece of medical evidence and even then as told I couldn’t prove this certain dog hurt me on a certain date, so felt like I needed a body am in future!
