Excellent service & good rates

I am ever so grateful to HSBC appriving my first house mortgage & been lucky with good rates & still with the bank since 2006 in a better place now with less than 5 years left to be mortgage free by my 50th Birthday feels surreal. Bank has been supportive during difficult financial period & provided reasonable rates & kept in the loop of my product term ending or rates changing. I particularly love using the app keeps me updated as I travel for work not always have time seeing to letters. Moved digital which I prefer keeps me upto date. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Excellent Transfer Same Day Service

Wise is one of my first money platform app been using for 10 years + I can say its improved over the years & have always used this for foreign exchange rate comparison & transferring money to family & services overseas. I had so much issues taking money out in India or using my REVOLUT or Monzo, but using WISE bank transfer in remote town in India I was able to purchase & make a payment on same day. I am ever so thankful for the quick efficient service of money transferred to buy my wedding dress. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Safe & Secure with prompt customer service

I like the option of saving into a vault, it makes you forget how much money saved from the extra pennies put away. The subscription plan is great, so many rewards & benefits I have saved quite a bit. The insurance assurance is cheaper than other travel or mobile insurance. Easy to navigate & transfer money between banks. Great app & had no issues using my card overseas especially in India in remote towns it worked Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Loan approved efficiently

I was grateful for bamboo to approve my loan during difficult time in lockdown helped me tremendously not to fall in further debts. I am now in a better position to pay back my loan smoothly. I do hope they make it top 3 awards. Reviewed on: 8th September 2022
