Brilliant customer care

Took out insurance with many pets when we got out first puppy in 2021. The 24/7 video vet consultation is a god send and has saved me having to go to our registered vet on numerous occasions. I have only had to call once to update details however when I did the customer service I received was brilliant. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
