Claims can be thrown out for the least little thing

I have only claimed once and due to the vet calling my pet a marginally different breed to many pets my claim was thrown out. After talking to them the claim is now continuing through the system but is in a queue. This has been a lengthy process. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Always helpful

The people who answer the phone are very polite and always helpful. I haven’t used the online vet yet but my son has several times and is very pleased with the service given. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
