User-friendly and unfussy claims

I am new to pet insurance despite many years of keeping dogs. Was dubious paying monthly until I recently had to claim for a dental accident which coincided with a month off work and increasing cost of living. Made a claim in a few clicks online, took photo of vet invoice and claim was reviewed and accepted later the same day...! Money was in my account a few days later in the same week. Website is so easy to navigate and the policy documents are easy to understand. I'm delighted with the ease of use and service. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
