Excellent & kind service

We've used ManyPets to insure our cats for several years now, and they're a breath of fresh air in the insurance market. The website was very easy to use to build a policy, and when we needed to speak to support they were very friendly and helpful. ManyPets really came into their own when we sadly lost one of our cats to an ongoing illness. We submitted a claim to cover the end of life expenses and received a very kind message of condolences. Without us asking or having to contact ManyPets, our policy was adjusted to cover just our other cat, and a refund automatically sent. Our claim was paid out quickly. The way this was handled had obviously been given a lot of thought but the team, and they've earned a lifetime customer. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
