Good cover and excellent customer service

This is my second year with Many Pets. At renewal the premium had risen by over 60% which I couldn’t afford. I called them and a lovely lady listened to what I required and customised cover to meet my requirements. By doing this I have the same cover but my premium only rose by £5 a month. Since then I’ve had to call them for advice on my policy because of a possible claim and they didn’t put unfair clauses in my way. I have confidence that any claim I make will be honoured. In nearly 40 years of dealing with pet insurance this is the best I’ve ever encountered. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
