Service you need at a stressful time

Having to claim on pet insurance is usually something you need to do but the health of your pet is uppermost so the last thing you need is a complicated process. This was so straightforward and everything was explained and dealt with quickly. Sadly my cat did not respond to the treatment and died soon thereafter but there was never any question of the claim not being paid. There was also a lovely touch of a card being sent expressing condolences. A much appreciated gesture. Nothing but praise from me Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
