Positive, helpful, & reassuring experience

Have had to make 2 claims and both experiences were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. I've used both the online process and telephone process to make claims and both have been very smooth. With regular updates along the way. The additional benefit of being able to access a vet by video call has been invaluable. Great service, would happily recommend. (Much better service than another well known pet insurance company I've used in the past). Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
