Great service

I have been lucky enough that I have not needed to claim on my insurance yet! However I was so impressed with the customer service I received when I called to say that my dog had been neutered some months previously but I hadn’t remembered to notify them. They asked me to provide the documentation to prove it & once I had my premium was not only lowered but they refunded me the difference of the back dated months! Not many insurance companies would do that I’m sure! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
