I can't praise First Direct enough. I've used them since they began, so for 33 years! Their systems are so slick and easy to use and their customer service is outstanding. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Great cover for a reasonable price

We use Many Pets for our four cats. We swapped from Petplan because my research showed the level of cover is better for a similar price. We've made 2 claims: one was initially refused but after a conversation with a very helpful customer services rep to clear up a misunderstanding, it was honoured; our second claim was literally paid out the same day. So we're very happy with this insurance company. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
