First class service

My dog Amy was stung by a wasp inside her mouth. She had an immediate reaction as her face started to swell. This meant a trip to the out of hours vet service. The cost was rather large and, of course, unexpected. Next morning (a Saturday) we completed an online claim form and were advised later that day that the claim was accepted. The money was in our account shortly thereafter. Brilliant service. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
