The very best pet insurance! Happy customer.

I have 9 cats insured on the Complete Policy, each cat is covered for up to £15,000 a year vet fees, and the monthly premium is extremely reasonable. You get a multi-pet discount for adding extra pets to your policy (rather than taking out a separate policy for each pet). The online claims forms are straightforward, and if you need to phone customer services about anything, the calls are answered in a timely manner, and the customer service person is always polite and very efficient.
