Paying in is easy, getting money out is not.

Opening an account with a large sum was a breeze. However Atom are 3 weeks overdue with an interest payment. I have told them that they are in breach of contract and to refund the account. No sign at all that they are capable of fixing the problem. Many chats, emails and phione calls later and still no payment. Atom hang on to your money, beware.! Also notice that Atom is no longer responding to poor reviews. They gave that up 4 years ago. I am a 75 yo pensioner who relies on interest to survive. Atom must be paying people to write 5* reviews, or maybe they are only 5* for paying in money. Paying out is zero stars. If you are in the same predicament as me please complain to Atom's CEO - Mark Mullen. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
