Easy to speak to and access your documents online

I’m impressed with the ease of online access to my account and documents. I am able to make changes to my policy, such as change of address without having to speak to an advisor. Online chat was productive. I was going to cancel my policy as I had found a cheaper provider else where. The One Call advisor was able to review my premium and offer a cheaper one with the same benefits, therefore I renewed my policy with them. I have fortunately not had to make a claim therefore I can’t comment on this service. I haven’t needed to speak to them on the phone, therefore I can’t comment on this service.
