Amazing

Love this company ever since starting with them. They seem to genuinely care about animals and it not be all about the money. It’s an easy straight forward only claims system. I’ve always had a pay out. They don’t give extra discount to first time customers so I know what I’m getting when I’m quoted before signing up. They haven’t hiked up crazily either (something which happened with my previous provider). I’ve not needed it but they also offer a policy for people who need to cover their pets pre-existing conditions, something which is so so helpful as otherwise you’re stuck with whoever you first go with if your pet gets a condition. I hope in future they will ensure dogs who have previously bitten as there are many dogs who have bitten in the past, even just dogs who never bite but bite when scared at the vets for example. It means a lot of dogs are excluded. Really recommend this company. And recommended them to a friend and family member. The family member also moved over to them and has been with them ever since too :) Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
