Dishonest

Don't use these if you value your privacy. Seems it's ok for other customers to ask about your personal financial details and be told the answers. That's bad enough. Trying to lie your way out of it and it dealing properly with this is worse. Reviewed on: 6th September 2016

Couldn't be more helpful

When I divorced it turned out exh hadn't been paying the mortgage. He'd intercepted letters, it was a mess. As soon as I went into the branch (medical issues precluded me using the phone) the lovely lady (Jill) dropped everything to listen and help a very upset person. I few times I had difficulties making the agreed payments and yet was never penalised. I feel that they genuinely did work in my interests, and always in a compassionate and friendly manner. On the plus side I'm ok now and my mortgage is paid off. Reviewed on: 6th September 2016
