Poor service & rip off fees

Recently needed to update my address and could not find a phone number or email address to do so. Eventually, after being logged out repeatedly, I found a chat facility hidden in the complaints section. Once I did manage to connect with a human & many questions later I was told it's a whopping £40 fee to update my address. I asked if they could email me details of how to cancel my policy but they didn't bother to do so. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
