Above and Beyond.......

When I claimed a couple of years ago for extensive damage caused by flooding caused by a broken cistern they were wonderful, even replacing under floor heating which (having just moved in) I was unaware I had!! They also pointed out little spots of damage I hadn't even noticed! I am having to make a claim today (unfortunately) and the chap I spoke to was extremely helpful and very polite patient with my deafness problem Reviewed on: 8th October 2024

Flooded bathroom

My toilet cistern bust in the middle of the night, flooding the en-suite and leaking through to the room below. Not only was the cistern replaced but also the tiled floor (which had cracked) and the under-floor heating system. They also dried out the room beneath and carried out remedial work there. I was very impressed. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
