Review of the One Call Insurance, Car insurance broker:

Absolutely terrible service

We were left without a car when it was written off through no fault of our own. The taxi that caused the accident admitted full liability. We were supplied with a hire car and had to wait several weeks to get a new car. One Call demanded the hire car back before we were able to get a replacement vehicle. When we said that we needed to keep the car longer, they threatened us with the police and that they would report the car as stolen. Considering that this was none of our fault I think that this was atrocious service and I will not be giving them my business, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. Unfortunately my house insurance is still with them, but as soon as it’s due for renewal I will be taking my business elsewhere. Reviewed on: 26th September 2023
