Outstanding Customer Service - On a Sunday!!!!

Having a busy month in July with lots of Birthdays, totally forgot about my Home Insurance "Oops" However still did a quick price comparison the day before renewal which found me a cheaper quote. One call Customer Service wasn't available over the phone (this being a Sunday afternoon) but you could use the online service. Having never used this service before thought I'd give it try. I was connected to what sounded like a young man almost immediately, I told him I'd found a cheaper quote and that my renewal was due on the next day. After being on hold with him for around 3-5 mins he then came back to me with a cheaper quote than the one I had found - Music to my ears!! All was done & dusted within around 20 Tues - Very Happy Customer - Fantastic Service!! I have both Home & Car Insurance with One Call and have been more than happy with the service for both policies. Thank You One Call Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
