The Co-op pet insurance plan is great in that I have 24 hour access to a vet online something that is very reassuring as no vet near me does out of hours visits. Further it doesn't count as a claim if I do use the video consultation service - no matter how many times! Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Easy to contact and easy on the pocket. .

Very competitive pricing and great offers on multiple car/van insurance. You only really get to know what you have purchased when you have to use it. I had a breakdown, phoned for help, spoke to a real person and was on my way home 2 hours later. Their renewal prices don't rely on you not actually noticing the price as they appear to reward loyalty rather than try to rip you off. I ALWAYS do a price comparison before renewing and haven't changed from them for 5 years which is a record for me! I don't ever do recommendations for insurance companies as I believe that you should do a price comparison every year and go on your own experience. Just telling it as it is.
