Extremely poor now.

Used to be a good company. I certainly cannot say that anymore. It now takes them over 2 months to settle claims. This last claim was for medication that we've had many times before, an itemised invoice was attached, yet it has still taken 9 weeks & it's not settled yet. They admitted that my initial claim hadn't been logged (their fault), yet it is still taking ages. I've had more emails 'regarding complaint' than any to to do with settling the claim.
