Professional, friendly, efficient insurance company.

Great variety of cover offered and discounts for more than 1 dog. Fairly priced. unfortunately i had to put in a claim for narla my dog. I was having a few problems getting information from the vets so they took over and did all the chasing up. I had paid for all treatment as I went along and was then struggling. They were very understanding and made a note on my file to rush the claim/payment through due to my circumstances. As soon as they had all the information the claim was settled.
