Such a caring company

We have our 3 pets insured by many pets. Last October, we sadly lost our beautiful boy Charlie ( cat ) he had sadly ingested rat poison, either by eating it or by catching a rat that had eaten it. When we had him put to sleep, I rang many pets to inform them what had happened. The extremely nice man on the phone was so sympathetic, told me because we had the platinum cover, that we were covered for his death and also for cremation. We had by then buried Charlie in the garden in his favourite spot. A couple of days later, the payment had been paid itno our account, and then we also recieved a hand written sympathy card, signed by all the staff. It was such a lovely gesture. I would recommend this lovely company to anyone. They truly went above and beyond for us. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022
