Truly exceptional!!.

Having never had dog insurance before, we were recommended to join bought by many by our daughter, we have had around 6 claims in the first year(puppies eh) and every claim was settled in less than a week, one was actually initiated by me at 3pm on the vet visit day, that was paid by 10 am the next day. My policy cost went up by a pound this year but I honestly have been so impressed with the whole service, the only 1 bad incident I had was when an email went unanswered for around a week, I complained and received an apology from one of the managers. Overall I am unable to fault this company. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022
