We love our dog and our insurance company!

We got our labrador Arthur just before lockdown. He is our sixth lab over 30 years. Within a few months he developed a potentially fatal illness (puppy strangles). We though we would lose him but one less worry was having chosen Bought By Many (now Many Pets) for his insurance. We made a claim for his long treatment and Many Pets liaised directly with our vet and kept us informed at every stage. A year later, late on a Friday night, Arthur stole a fish pie tray and wolfed down what looked like a lovely piece of fish. It wasn't silvery fish skin but the foil backed absorbent pad from the bottom of the tray covered in tasty sauce! So off to the emergency vet and while we sat outside on a freezing night, thanks to his intervention back up came the foil pad just before surgery was being considered. This year, and no fault of his, Arthur developed a horrible and fast growing lump on his ear. He had a biopsy (it was non-malignant but kept on growing. After an op Arthur was now minus a chunk of his ear. Thanks to Many Pets we did not have to pay out a chunk in vets bills, and we were well-used to their easy on-line claims process (Sorry, Many Pets) but more importantly we have been reassured that IF Arthur has another scrape (Please no!) we have Many pets behind us.
