Great company

Many pets offer a great insurance coverage for dogs at reasonable and competitive prices they also give you extra options not available at other insurance companies for example 20 % of your annual premium back if you don’t make a claim considering my premium is £3,000 for 2 French bulldogs that’s a potential of £600 return, my dogs cost a lot of money and most other insurance companies only offer up to £1,000 for the death of your dog many pets offer £6,000 considering each one of my dogs were £5,000 this was a unique selling point to me, although this option is only available when you select the highest cover but even this is incredible if need be you can cover your pet for up to £15,000 per year although most dogs claims never reach £5,000 per year or above but it’s handy as you never know what could happen, unfortunately this is my first year with many pets but I was recommended by a relative I’m hoping that on the renewal next year if I had not made a claim many pets don’t bump up my premium based on the fact I could get a potential of £600 back. I’ve spoken with a few of the employees at many pets and all are very helpful many pets also offer free consultations on an app with FirstVet although I know others also offer this I’m not sure how good this is as I’ve not had to use it but also very nice to know there are professional vets on hand at the drop of a hat. I’ve also looked and it has great availability so it’s not like your be waiting 24 hours to even speak to a vet I would estimate the wait time to be between 30-60 mins. But I like many pets and hope to stay with them for the duration of my dogs lives. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022
