Great Insurance

Having had insurance through Laka for 3 years, I finally required their help a few months ago when randomly, my seatpost snapped on a 100km ride. The process start to finish was straight forward with regards to making a claim. Communication was great and they kept me updated with the process. My new seatpost was ordered the same day it was agreed upon and delivered a couple days later. Very easy and customer based process. In addition to my claim, I like the set up of the company where monthly payments fluctuate depending on the amound of claims made that month, and in advance you have a max limit which you can budget for knowing your payment won't breach this.
