Awful service - don't reply to complaints

Been with them for years but guess you only know how good they are when you need them. Took nearly 2 weeks for them to make a decision on our claim and then advised they were invalidating our insurance as somebody had told them we parked our car behind our house but had taken insurance out saying parked on the drive. Easily provided evidence of driveway parking (plus the fact physically impossible to park behind our house) - then had further delays before collecting car then 2 weeks for payment. Complained due to delays and still heard nothing back Reviewed on: 15th September 2022
