Top value cover and excellent service

I insured my car with Policy Expert because the Gold standard was excellent value for money and the website was simple to use and had clarity. I'd originally insured my wife's car with another company who will only deal with its customers over the internet. Immediately there were problems with the Direct Debit and trying to resolve the problems over the internet was long winded and frustrating and in the end impossible. Email through their website was a difficult experience and finally I decide to terminate the policy and seek cover elsewhere. I went to Policy Expert because of my great experience and was actually able to speak to a human being Customer Service person. Yes they do exist. Job done, picked the Gold Standard policy at a good price and the cover my wife needed achieved. Good job done Policy Expert - THANK YOU. Reviewed on: 16th September 2022
