When will JL react to all these complaints?

My experience is the same as all the others; acceptance for new card declined even though I had always paid at the end of the month. I called my bank, Natwest who arranged for a credit card to be delivered within 5 working days, and it only took 10 minutes on the blower. Job done! I will NEVER go to JL or Waitrose again.
