Bad Idea

We have been JLS card holder for many years and I use it for my Waitrose shopping always paid in full at the end of every month. Always buy from JL for major items. My husband was excepted me not so the new card is a complete waste of time as he never uses his,so no more Waitrose or JL for us.It is a complete disgrace, and someone should be ashamed for having the idea.
